Refunds

The registry refunds the issuance fee if the Google Doc has fewer than 3 useful Drive revisions. A useful revision has a timestamp and a last-modifying user. A thin certificate would not help anyone — so it is not issued.

We also refund if the Doc cannot be opened after Commenter access was requested and one follow-up was sent.

We do not refund because a client still refuses to pay. A certificate is a sealed process record, not a verdict that writing is human. Detectors can still disagree with it.

Launch-quote certificates (£19) follow the same thin-history rule.

Agency seats can be cancelled any time. Unused days in the current month are not prorated.
