Refunds

We refund the report fee if the Google Doc has fewer than 3 useful Drive revisions. A useful revision is a saved version with a timestamp and a last-modifying user. That refund is cheaper than a thin report that cannot help you.

We also refund if we cannot open the file after you shared Commenter access and we asked once for a fix.

We do not refund because a client still refuses to pay. The receipt is evidence, not a verdict. Detectors can still disagree with it. That is the honest product.

Launch-quote reports (£19) follow the same thin-history rule.

Agency subscriptions can be cancelled any time. Unused days in the current month are not prorated.
