Service scope

GEO Audit and Pro GEO Audit provide analysis based on information available to AI systems and workflow inputs at the time of processing.

Delivery

Reports are usually delivered within minutes, but delivery times can vary due to third-party systems, inbox filtering, or temporary service issues.

Payments and refunds

Pro GEO Audit is a one-time payment service. If your paid report is not delivered, contact support and we will investigate and either re-run or resolve appropriately.

AI output limitations

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or model bias. Reports are provided for strategic guidance and should be reviewed before business-critical decisions.

Acceptable use

You confirm you have rights to submit the brand and website data you provide and that submissions do not violate any applicable laws.

Liability boundary

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DH Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the reports or third-party platform behavior.
